The first decision to make after clicking the [1. Create Model Workbooks] button is the selection of the ending time period for model simulation. The possible ranges are from the base to the ending time period (the last period for which there is exogenous data). A model will not be simulated to the ending period if an earlier period is selected. If the model is to be static (only 1 time period), then the base (beginning) period is chosen as the ending period for simulation. If a model is designed as a static model, the base and ending period will be the same.
